HJB Star Temp Awards Program
Our HJB Star Temp Awards recognise the fantastic effort made by all our HJB temporary and contracting staff every day.
When you are engaged by Hamilton James & Bruce as a temporary or contracting professional, you become eligible to be nominated for our HJB Star Temp Awards.
Every month each HJB Office will nominate the winner of the Star Temp Award. The winner will receive a gift from our pre-selected beautiful range of Pamper Packages, Wine Packages and Flowers.
HJB Star Temps are chosen by each office based on the following criteria.
- Time spent in the role
- Commitment demonstrated to the client
- Demonstrating the HJB Values on a day to day basis.
The HJB Values are integral to the brand promise that we offer our clients and candidates every day. We recognise that our Temporary and Contracting workforce are key to how our service promise is delivered to clients.

Note: One winner will be chosen for every HJB Office each month. For the purposes of this competition HJB Chatswood and Canberra Office Temporary and Contractor candidates will be grouped together each month, as will HJB Wacol and Gold Coast Temporary and Contractor candidates.
