At Hamilton James & Bruce, we recognise that we have found some of our best people through people you know. And we think it’s only fair that you share the rewards for helping us.

If you introduce Hamilton James & Bruce to a new candidate who we then place, whether they are family, friends or simply acquaintances, we’ll reward you with a David Jones voucher as follows:

$300 for permanent referrals

$200 for temporary or contract referrals

Program Terms & Conditions:

1. To receive this incentive, nominated referrals cannot already be registered with Hamilton James & Bruce Pty Limited.
2. Temporary referrals must be for a minimum of eight weeks, in the one role, and the referral payment will only be paid upon completion of the eight weeks.
3. Permanent referrals will be paid upon completion of the candidate’s probation period or three months after their commencement date, whichever period is shorter.
4. Placements must be made within three months of the referral.
5. Payroll Services contractors are excluded.
6. This offer is only available for referrals up to and including 31st December 2008.
7. Hamilton James & Bruce staff are not eligible to participate.
