Provincial Personnel Adopts a New Brand

Provincial Personnel is alive and well, and has changed its name. The Queensland hospitality, professional and business support specialists, formerly known as Provincial Personnel, have been rebranded HJB Provincial Personnel one year after being acquired by leading Australian listed recruitment company, Hamilton James & Bruce.
The rebrand incorporates new brand visuals, a marketing and public relations campaign, and additions to Hamilton James & Bruce’s website.
Executive Chairman and CEO of Hamilton James & Bruce, Deborah Wilson said “We are extremely proud of Provincial Personnel’s achievements in Queensland’s recruitment industry. We felt the time was right to streamline our operating entities and bring their brand closer to Hamilton James & Bruce’s.”
HJB Provincial Personnel handles hospitality, professional and administration positions and sources and selects people for temporary, contract and permanent assignments at executive, management and support levels.
Carolyn Dalton, HJB Provincial Personnel’s General Manager, said “We want everyone to know that we are still here, with the same friendly faces, offering the same high quality of service we were known for under the Provincial Personnel brand.
“We’ve simply changed our name and will continue to provide our recruitment services under the HJB Provincial Personnel brand.“
The launch of the new brand image will involve:
- New logo and design template to be applied to all corporate stationery, marketing collateral and job advertisements;
- A marketing campaign to communicate the new brand to all external stakeholders via personalised emails and direct contact with key clients and candidates; and
- A targeted public relations campaign to communicate the new brand via key business and industry media.
“The new brand has already positively impacted our client relationships, by strengthening our ties with Hamilton James & Bruce in the market place. We are now part of a national team and it provides our clients with access to a greater number of resources and value-added services, as well as allowing us to consult on their entire range of recruitment needs,” added Ms Dalton.
