Hamilton James & Bruce Appoints Finance Specialist

Listed recruitment company Hamilton James & Bruce (HJB) has appointed experienced recruiter, Roy Stapleton, as Manager of its Sydney Accounting and Banking & Finance recruitment practices.
With over 11 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a consultant, divisional manager and director of his own company in the UK, Roy has a reputation for service excellence and an honest and committed approach.
Roy’s recruitment experience is broad and includes executive search and selection and advertised assignments. He has operated at all levels across both contract and permanent recruitment disciplines, providing recruitments solutions to the banking community in London, Europe and Sydney.
His team of 14 provides candidates across specialist middle and back office banking functions at manager, specialist and operator levels. They also fill accounting roles in the financial and commercial sectors. In addition to managing these teams, Roy recruits in this space for specialist investment risk positions.

Roy has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and Economics.
