Deborah Wilson

Company Director Diploma, FAICD

Ms. Wilson is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton James & Bruce. She joined HJB in October 2003, initially as an independent Non Executive Director before assuming the role of Executive Chairman which she held from April 2006 – August 2008.  Ms. Wilson was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2006.

Ms. Wilson has a wealth of recruitment experience, having worked in the industry for 24 years. Throughout her career Ms. Wilson has performed across a range of key management positions including operations, sales and marketing. This experience was gained while holding senior positions at Accountancy Placements Pty Limited, Hays Personnel (Australia) and Manpower Services.

As a current Director of the RCSA (Recruitment & Consulting Services Association) and Chair of their Finance Committee, Ms. Wilson is active in the wider recruitment industry.  She is also a Director of Wilson Staffing Pty Ltd.

Ms. Wilson was previously a Director of the Queensland Police-Citizen Youth Welfare Association and past Chair of the RCSA's Learning and Development Committee. 

 

 

Mohit Prasad

Mo is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Hamilton James & Bruce Group.

Mo is an experienced Finance Director with extensive recruitment experience, having most recently been employed as Director – Finance & Accounting for a global recruitment consultancy based in Melbourne.  Prior to this, Mo held senior accounting roles in New Zealand and the UK.

Mo is a member of ICANZ and the FCCA, and holds an honors degree in Computer Science.

 

 

Dean Unkles

Dean Unkles is the General Manager of Hamilton James & Bruce, Victoria.  Dean initially joined HJB to manage the Melbourne Accounting recruitment team and was promoted to GM in November 2007.

Dean commenced his recruitment career in 2000 with a specialist banking and finance firm before spending three years with a major recruitment company as Manager of the Banking and Finance recruitment team.

Dean has managed high profile corporate accounts across a range of industries including Banking, Insurance, Superannuation, Funds Management, Logistics, Energy & Resources, IT&T and Transport

Dean has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Trade.  He is currently completing his Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments.

 

 

Kirsty Janney

Kirsty Janney is the Marketing Manager for the Hamilton James & Bruce Group.

Kirsty has an extensive background in brand strategy and marketing, gained primarily in the Financial Services sector with Westpac Bank and the Zurich Group, where she worked across Banking, Insurance, Superannuation, Investment and Funds Management.

Having commenced her career with a boutique advertising agency, Kirsty’s key skills and experience include strategy development and execution across the areas of corporate brand and marketing; advertising; PR; sponsorship; and retail design; as well as sales incentives and online strategies.

Kirsty has a BA from University of Sydney and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management.

 

 

Larry Kleist

Larry Kleist is the General Manager of the Brisbane and Wacol offices. He joined Hamilton James & Bruce in May 2008 and has over 20 years experience managing sales and recruitment teams.

Larry’s experience in the recruitment industry was gained with Brisbane-based legal recruitment businesses, Legal Eagles (formerly Eagle Recruitment) and Hughes-Castell.  

Having started as an international consultant with Legal Eagles, he purchased the company after becoming managing director. Legal Eagles was subsequently acquired by Hughes-Castell and he continued as managing director, growing Hughes-Castell/Legal Eagles into one of Australia’s largest legal recruitment specialists.

Before entering the recruitment industry, Larry held senior sales and general management roles in media with the Triple M radio network. He is also an internationally successful yachtsman, having won multiple state, national and world championships over many years.

 

 

Patrick Bruneau

Patrick was appointed to the role of People and Performance Manager in January 2008, having previously held the position of Learning and Development Consultant.

Patrick is responsible for the people and performance initiatives that support and develop business performance on a national level. These initiatives include optimisation of HJB’s policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, learning and development, OH&S, quality assurance and business improvement.

Patrick has held managerial and consultancy roles within the Banking and Finance, Insurance, Retail, and FMCG industries.  In addition he has a number of years experience within the Human Resources, Psychological Assessment, Business Development, Learning and Development, and Sales disciplines.

Patrick holds a fourth year Psychology Degree and will complete his Masters in Psychology in 2008 and a Masters in Commerce in 2009.

 

 

Robert Esposito

Robert is the General Manager of Hamilton James & Bruce’s Sydney and Parramatta offices.

He joined Hamilton James & Bruce in 2002 to work in the Operations & Engineering team, specialising in senior level appointments within the manufacturing, heavy engineering, supply chain and utilities industries.  Having managed that team for some time, Robert was promoted to his current position in May 2007.

Robert has a strong background in supply chain and logistics. Prior to joining Hamilton James & Bruce, he specialised in appointing supply chain professionals and, before entering the recruitment industry in 2000, held senior positions with a number of outsourced logistics organisations.

Robert holds a Diploma in Business and Logistics Management and is still actively involved in recruiting senior level roles in the Greater Western Sydney region.

 

 

Sandy Tuckwell

Sandy is the General Manager of Hamilton James & Bruce's new Chatswood branch.

Prior to this role, Sandy held several senior positions within Hamilton James & Bruce, such as General Manager for the Parramatta and Brisbane offices.  She has managed a number of large scale projects for the company and was instrumental in establishing Hamilton James & Bruce's Operations & Engineering specialisation in 2000.

With over 20 years recruitment experience, Sandy has the capability to recruit in various areas of specialisation such as Accounting, IT and Business Support.

Sandy holds a BA from UNSW and is a member of the RCSA.
