Anna Buduls
B.A., M.Comm

Ms Buduls is an independent non-executive Director.  She has held this position for four years and spent three of them as Chairman.

Ms Buduls has held senior positions within Westpac Banking Corporation and Macquarie Bank Limited and was Investment Editor for The Australian Financial Review.

Ms Buduls is currently a non-executive Director of Macquarie Generation and SAI Global Limited, and is the non-executive Chair of Beyond Empathy and Tramada Systems.

She has previously held other directorships with Freedom Group Limited from 1998 to 2003, Mirvac Funds Limited from 1997 to July 2005 and Mirvac Limited from 1999 to July 2005.

She is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Board Audit Committee.

Nicholas Burton Taylor
AM BEc(Syd), Fin, FCA, FAICD

Mr Burton Taylor is a non-executive Director.  He has held this position for more than two years.

Mr Burton Taylor was the founder and Managing Director of Hays Personnel from 1976 to 1991 and is a major shareholder in Hamilton James & Bruce Group Limited, having a beneficial interest in 25.73% of the company’s shares.

Mr Burton Taylor is Chairman of Australian Agricultural Company Limited and Chairman of Airservices Australia.

He was previously a Director of Graincorp Limited from 1994 to 2005, and Rural Press from 2003 to 2005.

He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 1998 "for services to business through the accountancy profession and to the rural community".

Mr Burton Taylor is Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Deborah Wilson
Company Director Diploma, FAICD

Ms Wilson is the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  Before being elected to this role in 2006, she was an independent non-executive Director for two and a half years.

Ms Wilson has 22 years experience working in the recruitment industry.  She has held senior positions within Accountancy Placements Pty Limited, Hays Personnel (Australia) and Manpower Services.

She is a Director of RCSA (Recruitment & Consulting Services Association) and Chair of their Learning and Development Committee, and a Director of Wilson Staffing Pty Ltd.

Ms Wilson was previously a Director of the Queensland Police – Citizens Youth Welfare Association.

She is a member of the Board Audit Committee.
