Deborah Wilson
Company Director Diploma, FAICD

Ms. Wilson is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton James & Bruce. She joined HJB in October 2003, initially as an independent Non Executive Director before assuming the role of Executive Chairman which she held from April 2006 – August 2008.  Ms. Wilson was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2006.

Ms. Wilson has a wealth of recruitment experience, having worked in the industry for 24 years. Throughout her career Ms. Wilson has performed across a range of key management positions including operations, sales and marketing. This experience was gained while holding senior positions at Accountancy Placements Pty Limited, Hays Personnel (Australia) and Manpower Services.

As a current Director of the RCSA (Recruitment & Consulting Services Association) and Chair of their Finance Committee, Ms. Wilson is active in the wider recruitment industry.  She is also a Director of Wilson Staffing Pty Ltd.

Tim Burton-Taylor

Mr. Tim Burton-Taylor was appointed Non Executive Chairman of HJB in August 2008.  He initially joined the Board of HJB as an Alternate Director in August 2007, before assuming the role of Director in February 2008. 

Mr. Burton-Taylor established HOED Mystery Shopping in 1986.  This company focuses on customer service and improving customer service productivity within the service sector.

Having worked within the retail and service sector for 25 years, Mr. Burton-Taylor   is able to offer insight into the workings of the retail/service environment and the importance of maintaining a focus on customer service.

Via his involvement with the Association of Market and Social Research Organisation (AMSRO), Mr. Burton-Taylor has a long history within the Australian market research industry.  In addition, he was instrumental in creating the Asia Pacific chapter of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association.

Mr. Burton-Taylor is a Director of Lin & Barrett.  This fast growing chain of lingerie and sleepwear retail stores has outlets throughout greater Sydney and the ACT.

Mr. Burton-Taylor is Chair of both HJB’s Remuneration & Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee.

Mohit Prasad

Mo is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Hamilton James & Bruce Group.

Mo is an experienced Finance Director with extensive recruitment experience, having most recently been employed as Director – Finance & Accounting for a global recruitment consultancy based in Melbourne.  Prior to this, Mo held senior accounting roles in various manufacturing companies in New Zealand and the UK.

Mo is a member of ICANZ and the FCCA, and holds an honors degree in Computer Science.
