Recognising and Rewarding People

We have a suite of national awards that recognise and reward people for their performance. 

These awards include monthly, quarterly and annual prizes, and reward employees in areas such as financial performance, advertising presence, team performance, Living the Values Award and support services star.  There is also a James Award given out for the biggest blooper of the month.

We pay competitive base salaries and reward performance by paying bonuses for all employees who have performed well.
