Parental Leave
At Hamilton James & Bruce we offer both unpaid leave (up to 52 weeks) to employees with 12 months consecutive service, and paid parental leave. Our paid parental leave is available to employees who have worked for Hamilton James & Bruce for two or more years, and is one of the most generous policies of any company within the recruitment industry.

The purpose of our Flexible Working Options Policy is to:

Doona Days
Doona Days are gifts of paid days off work (in addition to annual leave) given to employees as a way of rewarding and recognising length of service with Hamilton James & Bruce. Depending on the length of service employees are eligible from one Doona Day per year after 2 years of service up to 10 Doona Days per year after 11 years of service.
Anniversary Gifts
Gifts are given to an employee on their anniversary with Hamilton James & Bruce to celebrate their time, loyalty and commitment. Gifts differ for each year of service with Hamilton James & Bruce, ranging from David Jones or Red Balloon Vouchers to weekends away and jewellery or art. After 20 years with Hamilton James & Bruce, an employee is entitled to a gift to the value of $4,500.
