Due to growth plans, we are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Accounting team. Consolidating existing business this role will allow the successful candidate to build a highly profitable desk. Colleagues will facilitate introductions to a number of existing relationships and Preferred Supplier clients.
In this end to end service delivery role, you will work with your Manager to take responsibility for planning and executing your own strategy to build relationships across your blue chip client base, sourcing and interviewing candidates and shortlisting effectively to ensure successful placements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in a fun, collaborative and supportive environment whilst continuing to develop your consulting skills and experience. Surrounded by experienced consultants and a dedicated team Resourcer, your role will be pivotal to the successful growth of our Accounting team.
