We are currently looking for an experienced, senior executive recruitment consultant to join our Executive Accounting team. Consolidating existing business this role will allow the successful candidate to build a highly profitable desk. Colleagues will facilitate introductions to a number of existing relationships and Preferred Supplier clients.
In this 360° role you will work with your Manager to take responsibility for planning and executing your own strategy to build relationships across your blue chip client base, sourcing and interviewing candidates and shortlisting effectively to ensure successful placements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other experienced and highly successful colleagues in a motivated, fun, collaborative and supportive environment whilst maximising your consulting skills and experience. Surrounded by reputable and experienced consultants and a dedicated team Resourcer and Recruitment Coordinator, your role will be pivotal to the successful growth of our Accounting team.
